Seriously need to get it together. "Had" an appointment for tomorrow. Scheduled for over a month. Turns out they no longer work with my insurance as of the 1st of this month, but choose to call the day before the scheduled appointment to let me know and cancelled my appointment. I just don't see how you can run a business like this.

I had a wisdom tooth pulled by Dr. Thomas Slack and he did an outstanding job. He talked me through the procedure in advance. The extract process took less than 10 minutes and it was painless! A little pressure and pulling, but no pain. The shots did their job. The entire appointment was less than an hour. The office team provided directions and ensured I was ready. The staff is courteous, they called me the next day to follow up and review the post-op instructions. I highly recommend this office. Thanks Dr. Slack and office team!

I just had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted this morning with Dr. Kanar and he and the staff made me feel super comfortable and everything went better than I could have hoped for. I really appreciate the care and effort from the staff and the Doctor to make me feel important and well cared for! I'll definitely be recommending you to anyone in need of oral surgery! Thank you for being so amazing with me as I was a nervous wreck! 😊

I would leave NO stars. I was 5 minutes late and they told me NO. Rude, Rude, Rude. I took a day off of work, got lost and they could not even accommodate. I filled out my information online and they said they couldn't find it, even after I showed them the confirmation. I was told to see Dr. Highland and I should have listened. Guess where I'm going now. The office girls had no desire to be helpful. There was not even one other person in there and told me a lot of patients were scheduled but yet for the 10 minutes I was there to fight for my appointment time, no one showed! Unbelievably the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Not a Merry Christmas.

I made an appointment months in advance, the day before they called me and asked me for my SSN and then told me I wasn't eligible for their insurance and cancelled on me. that's a simple question and something they could've found out the day I made the appointment.
